Ancient City Road Runners Running Camp

The camp is open to rising 7th – 12th graders. Campers must be able to run 3 miles comfortably. Camp tuition is $50 and includes entry into the Bridge of Lions 5K. Scholarships are available. Each day will include classroom lessons and running. The camp will include lessons on training strategy, running form, strength training, stretching, nutrition and running as more than a hobby. Enrollment is limited to the first 50 registrants.
