7/25 The Alzheimer’s Association’s Memory Walk Kick-off The Alzheimer’s Association’s Memory Walk Kick-off will take place on Friday, July 25, 2008 from 6 - 8:00 p.m. The event will be held at Maverick’s Rock N’ Honky Tonk at The Jacksonville Landing, 2 Independent Drive, Jacksonville. Tickets for the event are being sold for a minimum donation of $10 and can be purchased online or by calling 904.252.4534. 9/20 - 9/21 JDRF Gala Ball The North Florida JDRF is hosting its annual Miracles in the Moonlight Gala Ball on Saturday, September 20, 2008. The theme for the evening is “Broadway on the Riverbank” and will be held at the Hyatt Regency. We will be honoring Peter Bragan Jr. and Sr., owners of the Jacksonville Suns Baseball team.
