Void where prohibited.  Must be at least 18 years of age to win.  No purchase necessary.  Register to win a pair of Elton John/Billy Joel tickets for the March 2, 2009 concert at 7:30pm in Jacksonville, FL at the Jacksonville Veteran’s Memorial Coliseum. Tickets have no cash value. Moe’s Southwest Grill, Welcome to Moe’s LLC, nor WEJZ Lite 96.1 are responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tickets once tickets have been delivered to winner(s). Two ways to register to win. 1) Register at any participating Jacksonville area Moe's Southwest Grill from February 2nd - February 19th.  2) Register live on site at the Moe’s Southwest Grill Mandarin location (San Jose near I-295) on Friday, February 20^th from 11:00am until 12:30pm. Two winners of two tickets will be drawn, at random, from ALL completed entries, at 12:45 pm on Friday, February 20^th from the Moe’s Southwest Grill location in Mandarin on San Jose Blvd (near I-295).  Winners do not have to be present to win.  Winners will be contacted by phone and email (if provided) on Friday, February 20^th by representatives of Lite 96.1 WEJZ and have 4 days from drawing date to claim their winning tickets. If winner(s) fail to claim their winning tickets after 4 days, an alternate winner will be chosen and contacted.
