Leading international mental health experts say schoolchildren should be screened to determine their risk of mental illnesses such as depression. The specialists have designed a computer-driven test they say reliably identifies kids at high risk. They say this would allow doctors and psychologists to treat children early, before they develop more serious mental illnesses.
