Melatonin May Lower Risk of Prostate Cancer

A new study shows that a good nights sleep can reduce a mans risk of getting prostate cancer. Results from the study show that men who have a higher level of melatonin have a 75 percent reduced risk of developing the advanced disease. Scientists say the sleep hormone may play a role in regulating a range of other hormones hat influence certain cancers, including breat and prostate cancers. Scientists studied the sleep patterns of 928 Icelandic men between 2002 and 2009
